Can’t wait to open your gifts? Stop by the Lake Houston Family YMCA for an early holiday present. The Y is offering sneak peaks of its newly expanded Wellness Center on Dec. 17, 18 and 19, with the 6,700-square-foot space opening at 9 a.m. on Dec. 21.
The center will have 60 new pieces of cardiovascular equipment, as well as new strength equipment and free weights. If you’ve ever been to the current wellness center on a Monday night, (apparently the night of good intentions for many of us), you know the expansion is needed.
The Y is also selling gift cards for personal training, memberships and more. Call for sneak peek hours at 281-360-2500.
