    Common sense landscaping

After the winter we just had, there are few people who won’t be changing up something in their landscape this spring. For those who are looking for simple solutions, a talk on “Common Sense Landscaping,” by local expert Regina Ripley may provide answers. Ripley, a Texas Master Gardener and nature photographer, has had her Kingwood garden featured in Women’s Day magazine and was on the Kingwood Garden Club GardenScape tour in 2007.

She will speak at 7 p.m. March 18 at Kingwood Garden Center, 1216 Stonehollow Dr. Everyone who attends will get a 10 percent off coupon.
