A Kingwood man was arrested and charged with possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) on January 25, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Kevin Anthony Kahler, 26 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 26, 2012 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides at 2135 Lakehills Dr.
