Montgomery County arrests, Jan. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Jan. 9:

Velisa Lashay Jones, of 1000 Greens Road, Houston, TX 77060, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to possess a driver's license, violating a promise to appear and a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Richard Trevor Palmer was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear (civil). Palmer's address is listed as 6312 Community Drive, Houston, TX 77005.

Douglas Orval Wright was arrested on alleged charges of an order of arrest (felony). Wright's address is listed as 327 Edgeton Ct, Houston, TX 77015.
