Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 6-12

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 6-12:

James Earl Bennett, 61, plead No Contest to a charge of deadly conduct he was charged with on Feb. 10. His defense attorney is Brian Christopher Burns.

Bennett was arrested on Feb. 7 by Officer Teri Ross of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DEADLY CONDUCT*. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $1,500 bond on Feb. 9. The bond was released on Nov. 16. On Nov. 16, the case was deferred.

Bennett is described as a 5-foot-6, 240 white 1 with gray hair and hazel eyes. He was born on March 18, 1950, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 6811 Winding Trace Drive, Houston.

Juan Pablo Maldonado, 37, plead Guilty to a charge of 6701-331 running a red light he was charged with on April 1. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Maldonado was arrested on Feb. 7 by the Department of Public Safety on charges of *RAN RED LIGHT*.

Labella, Joseph Atty posted a $280 bond on Feb. 22. The bond was released on Nov. 22. On Nov. 22, the case was deferred.

Joe Anguiano Delgado IV, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 15. His defense attorney is George Earl Renneberg.

Delgado was arrested on Feb. 9 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **POSS MARIJ E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Feb. 10. The bond was released on Jan. 10.

On Jan. 10, the case was deferred.

Emily Alice Head, 28, plead Not Guilty to a charge of theft (between $50 and $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on July 2.

Christopher Dean Deveraux, 46, plead Guilty to a charge of 6701d 65b illegal left turn he was charged with on April 8. His defense attorney is Ronnie Overman.

Deveraux was arrested on Feb. 12 by the Department of Public Safety on charges of *ILLEGAL LEFT TURN*.

Rojas Jose Francisco, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of tamper with government record she was charged with on Feb. 17. Her defense attorney is Arnold R Lopez.
