Montgomery County misdemeanors, Sept. 4-10

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Sept. 4-10:

Arthur Alan Guillroy, 35, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Sept. 15. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Guillroy was arrested on Sept. 5 by Officer Jason Prince of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

Az Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Sept. 6. The bond was released on Dec. 5. On Dec. 5, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Guillroy is described as a 5-foot-9, 220 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 16, 1976, in Texas. His last known address is 13134 Plum Meadow, Houston.

Claudia Maria Escobar-Umanzor, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Sept. 12. Her defense attorney is Joanne Musick-Long.

Escobar-Umanzor was arrested on Sept. 6 by Officer Doug Houstoun of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $5,000 bond on Sept. 7. The bond was released on Feb. 6.

On Feb. 6, the case was deferred.

Escobar-Umanzor is described as a 5-foot-2, 140 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on October 11, 1988, in EL. Her last known address is 17702 Bamwood Drive ive, Houston.

Sarah Ruth Nichols, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of criminal trespassing, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Sept. 8.

Nichols was arrested on Sept. 6 by Officer Kevin Pickerill of the MC SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of *CRIMINAL TRESPASS*. Police reported one victim.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Sept. 7. The bond was released on Oct. 5. On Oct. 5, the case was deferred.

Nichols is described as a 5-foot-7, 145 white with brown hair and blue eyes. She was born on March 11, 1990, in Texas. Her last known address is 3700 Kingwood Drive ive #1923, Humble.

Marcus Edward Reoaux, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 12. His defense attorney is Cynthia Owens.

Reoaux was arrested on Sept. 6 by Officer Jacobs of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Sept. 7. The bond was released on Dec. 19. On Dec. 19, the defendant received a straight fine.

Marcus Von -Eric Singleton, 36, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Sept. 12. His defense attorney is Alfred H Ruemke.

Lisa Victoria Fojtik, 23, plead Not Guilty to a charge of making a terroristic threat to family or household member she was charged with on Sept. 12. Her defense attorney is Michael Matlak.

The case was dismissed on Sept. 16.

Amanda Kathryn Frost, 18, was charged with criminal miscellaneous ($50 to $500) and $500 on Aug. 22. Her defense attorney is Audley H . Heath.
