Montgomery County misdemeanors, Sept. 18-24

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Sept. 18-24:

Rosalio Rodriguez Mejia, 60, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 22. His defense attorney is Robert Shubael Bartlett.

Mejia was arrested on Sept. 18 by Officer Gallegos G of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Sept. 20.

Mejia is described as a 6-foot-0, 200 white 1 with gray hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 30, 1951, in MEXICO, Minnesota. His last known address is 2803 Elser, Houston.

Araceli Pena-Marroquin, 46, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated she was charged with on Sept. 22. Her defense attorney is William Pattillo.

Pena-Marroquin was arrested on Sept. 18 by Officer Martinez of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

On Sept. 23, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Chrissandra Ledelle Simpson, 29, was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC greater than .15) on Oct. 5. Her defense attorney is Kennitra M Foote.

Simpson was arrested on Sept. 18 by Officer Lucchesi of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >= 0.15*. Police reported one victim.

Gabriel Lynn Claussen, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on Sept. 28. His defense attorney is Matt Neufeld.

Claussen was arrested on Sept. 22 by Officer Derrick Harris of the LONE STAR COLLEGE PD on charges of *POSS CS PG 3

On Sept. 30, the case was deferred.

Blair Andrew Ovens, 41, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Sept. 28. His defense attorney is William Eric Harrison.

Obrian Reed, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($20 to $500 by check), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 30.

Roberto Torres, 26, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of a handgun by a licensed holder on Oct. 6. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.
