Montgomery County misdemeanors, Sept. 25-Oct. 1

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Sept. 25-Oct. 1:

Steven Matthew Borrego, 26, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 4. His defense attorney is Kelly Benavides.

Borrego was arrested on Sept. 25 by Officer Jason Prince of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Sept. 25.

Borrego is described as a 6-foot-0, 170 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 24, 1985, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 16802 BlaireSt. one, Houston.

Jordan Christopher Wright, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 29.

Wright was arrested on Sept. 25 by Officer Duncan of the Rural Fire Protection Services on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On Sept. 30, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Wright is described as a 5-foot-10, 180 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 23, 1990, in Texas. His last known address is 2526 Lemonwood, Houston.

Reuben Pierre Mays, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 28. His defense attorney is Robert Shubael Bartlett.

Mays was arrested on Sept. 26 by Officer Ofarrel J of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On Sept. 30, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

William Thomas Newell, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of criminal trespassing, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 29.

Newell was arrested on Sept. 26 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *CRIMINAL TRESPASS*. Police reported one victim.

On Sept. 30, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Jokeyra Sheree Hulbert, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Oct. 6. Her defense attorney is Michael Valdez.

Hulbert was arrested on Sept. 27 by Officer Clinton Clifton of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Oct. 1. The bond was released on Dec. 14.

On Dec. 14, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Hulbert is described as a 5-foot-6, 340 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on September 9, 1985, in Texas. Her last known address is 311 Parramatta #1207, Houston.

Lekeith Damond Page, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on May 20.

Page was arrested on Sept. 27 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

On Sept. 30, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Erick Gonzalez Jr., 33, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Oct. 4.

Hill Henriearl McKelway, 26, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Jan. 20.

McKelway was arrested on Sept. 29 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.
