Montgomery County arrests, Dec. 3

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Dec. 3:

Michael Lee Hicks was arrested on alleged charges of RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, resisting arrest, search or transport, POSS MARIJ <2OZ and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Hicks's address is listed as 4823 Beau Lane, Houston, TX 77037.

Candace Renee Hoffart, of 153 East Anabel, Houston, TX 77076, was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE and driving while intoxicated (third offense or more).

Buford Morris Husband, of 16823 Mathis Church Road, Houston, TX 77090, was arrested on alleged charges of FTA - CIVIL and failure to appear (civil).

Brazoria County bonds, Dec. 3

On Dec. 3, Brazoria County Sheriff reported on the following bonds:

A $1,500 bond was posted for Angela Louise Brown, 41. Brown was confined on Dec. 3 on a charge of stgob, failure to identify giving false ficticious information. She was released on Dec. 3.

The bondsman is listed as Lafayette Taylor, at 3202 Houston Ave., Houston.

Brown is described as a 5-foot-9 black female. She is 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She resides at 4026 Elm Stream Ct, Fresno.

Michael Lee Hicks in custody at Montgomery County Jail

Michael Lee Hicks was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 3:40 a.m. on Dec. 3, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged charges against the 26-year-old white female are listed as possession of marijuana <2 ounces and resisting arrest, search or transport.

Hicks's address is listed as 4823 Beau Ln., Houston, Texas 77037.

The Houston Police Department received 69 calls reporting collisions on Dec. 3. These included the following nearby incidents:

A minor collision was reported at 4400 Kingwood Drive at 4:07 p.m. Houston police were dispatched at 4:21 p.m. and arrived at 4:23 p.m. It took until 4:42 p.m. to clear the collision. The incident number is 156112611.
