Scott Moore pitched two innings, striking out one and allowing no earned runs Saturday in Houston Baptist University's 13-12 win over UT-Pan American. Moore graduated from Kingwood High School in 2010.

Moore is a 2009 graduate of Kingwood High School where he played baseball for coach Kelly Moore. As a senior, 2008-2009, he complied a 6-2 record with one save on the mound. During his sophomore season, 2006-2007, he helped the Mustangs to the state playoffs. He is now a 6-0, 190-pound sophomore righty for Houston Baptist. Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 1-7

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 1-7:

Mubarak Mohammed Alghubari, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 4. His defense attorney is Johnny P Papantonakis.

Alghubari was arrested on May 1 by Officer Keith Underwood of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on May 2. The bond was released on Oct. 4.

On Oct. 4, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Alghubari is described as a 5-foot-9, 215 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 21, 1971, in SB. His last known address is 2300 McCue Road Apt # 145, Houston.



Jerald Darrod Collier, 26, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on May 4. His defense attorney is Greg Lee Gaines.

Collier was arrested on May 1 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES**. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Pope was arrested on May 1 by Officer Mike Uber of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on May 2. The bond was released on June 8.

Soria was arrested on May 5 by Officer M Dean of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Carlos Alberto Reyes, 41, was charged with poss man distr instr to commit retail theft on Sept. 11.
