Montgomery County arrests, Jan. 1

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Jan. 1:

Edgar Carmona-Meceda, of 2402 Bammelwood Drive, Houston, TX 77014, was arrested on alleged charges of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500).

Chase Zachery Dynes was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated. Dynes's address is listed as 4518 Oak Shadows Drive, Houston, TX 77091.

Mario Paulino Gaitan was arrested on alleged charges of public intoxication. Gaitan's address is listed as 107 Greyfriar Drive, Houston, TX 77037.

Stacie Leigh Henson, of 809 Booth, Houston, TX 77009, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram).

Enr Hernandez-Escobar, of 5215 Chady Gardens Drive, Humble, TX 77339, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container.

Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 1-7

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 1-7:

Edgar Fernando Carmona-Meceda, 20, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Jan. 20. His defense attorney is Lynn T Coleman.

Carmona-Meceda was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Denver Johnson of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50<$500*. Police reported one victim.

Daisy Bail Bond posted a $500 bond on Jan. 4.

Carmona-Meceda is described as a 5-foot-4, 130 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 18, 1991, in Minnesota. His last known address is 2402 Bammelwood Drive ive, Houston.

Chase Zachery Dynes, 18, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 18.

Melissa Hatcher Lively, 35, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams she was charged with on Jan. 20.

Lively was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Sullivan of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 <28G*.

Ace'S Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Jan. 2. The bond was released on Feb. 8.

The case was dismissed on Feb. 8.

Meagan Danyel Agee-Bailey, 21, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Jan. 12. Her defense attorney is Janet Celeste Blackburn.

Christopher Brooks Perez, 25, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 9. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Perez was arrested on Jan. 4 by Officer McGrew of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

On Jan. 13, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.
