The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Feb. 19:

Luis Antonio Almaguer was arrested on alleged charges of property theft (less than $1,500; 2 or more previous convictions) previous conviction. Almaguer's address is listed as 16800 Sugar Pine Drive, Houston, TX 77090.

Allen Wayne Gonzalez was arrested on alleged charges of order of arrest, misdemeanor. Gonzalez's address is listed as 3614 Nuggent St. ., Houston, TX 77093.

Porcia Marie Jarmon, of 21142 Grandin Wood Court, Humble, TX 77338, was arrested on alleged charges of credit card or debit card abuse and felony surety to surrender.

Trenton Diane Pickens, of 15466 Chipman Lane, Houston, TX 77060, was arrested on alleged charges of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction.

Pickens is described as a 27-year-old B male.
