    Students from the Kingwood Park and Kingwood band programs recently gathered for a rare summer practice. Members of the two bands will join together to march in an Independence Day parade.     At one time in her life, Kingwood resident Norvia Read did not see herself presiding over a classroom. In fact, about 25 years ago almost everyone, including herself, doubted that she could become a college graduate.
