New models, amenities available in Eagle Springs

Eagle Springs, a wooded master-planned community in the Humble Independent School District, is welcoming fall with six new model homes and new products including low-maintenance townhomes with high-end finishes and new amenities.

The lakeside Eagle Springs Visitors Center is the best place to get an introduction to new homes and townhomes priced from the $150,000s to the $500,000s in this 1,361-acre community.

Visitors can also get details on the 150 acres of recreational amenities in Eagle Springs, including the new Valley Springs Clubhouse and Spray Park opening next month.

“The theme for our fall lineup at Eagle Springs is ‘it’s kind of a big deal,’ and it really is our biggest grand opening of the year,” said Kayla Webb, marketing director for Newland Communities.

What’s new at Eagle Springs begins with low-maintenance townhomes by Brighton, priced from the $160,000s.

Featuring all-new designs created especially for Eagle Springs, these townhomes are offered in one- and two-story floor plans, all with downstairs master suites and luxurious finishes such as granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring and detailed crown molding. Townhome sales are now underway, and model homes are planned to open in October.

Expanding Eagle Springs’ variety of traditional single-family homes, Westin Homes and D.R. Horton have recently opened new decorated models in Barton Ridge, a scenic neighborhood with an interior park and trail. Priced from the $190,000s to the $260,000s, plans range from 2,153 to more than 3,000 square feet, and homesites are 60 feet wide.

Also this fall, Lennar and Ryland will open new decorated models in Valley Creek, a new neighborhood of 55-foot homesites. Prices range from the $180,000s to the $240,000s, with plans from 2,109 to more than 3,000 square feet.

Taylor Morrison will break ground for its new model in the final phase of the popular Chandler Crossing neighborhood, which also features Village Builders. Prices range from the $300,000s to the $420,000s, with plans from 2,800 to more than 4,800 square feet.

Eagle Springs is also adding a new amenity: the Valley Springs Clubhouse and Spray Park. With the largest clubhouse in Eagle Springs, this new amenity will be ideally suited for a socially active community that includes dozens of resident groups and clubs.
