Kingwood woman charged with third DWI

A Kingwood woman with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again on the same charge Tuesday, according to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County Court.

Amy Patricia Bearden, 34, of 4545 Kingwood Drive, Apt. 805, has been charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint did not specify where the alleged incident took place.

Bearden, who is listed as "Amy Patricia Best" elsewhere in court records, is being held at the Harris County Inmate Processing Center, 1201 Commerce St. Her court date is set for Thursday.

She was convicted of DWI in Harris County in June 1996 and May 2008. She was also convicted of possessing a controlled substance in Montgomery County in October 2000 and in Harris County in December 2005.
