Kingwood Area Democrats lend support to Will's Kids

The Kingwood Area Democrats (KAD) sponsored a table at the Parkway Family Mazda Kia Gala and Charity Auction on Friday, April 8.

The event benefited Will’s Kids, a nonprofit organization that focuses on helping children with limited means follow their dreams and ambitions. They assist with ongoing private lessons, youth activities and tutoring, as well as provide scholarships for high school seniors.

Seated at the Kingwood Area Democrats table were Egberto and Linda Willies, Mansour and Linda Abdmoulaie, Tim and Diane Trautman, Sue Pilko and Steve Varnis. The Trautmans were high bidders on a necklace donated and made by Tara Hutchinson, a wounded Iraq war veteran.
