Two men blamed for crashing Ferrari 360 into Humble home

A family is suing after, they say, a drunk driver crashed his friend’s Ferrari 360 into their Humble home.

James and Audrey Juranek filed a lawsuit on June 13 in Harris County District Court against Humble residents Randy White and Jason Davis, citing negligence, gross negligence, negligent entrustment and trespass to land.

The suit alleges that at about 1:30 a.m. on May 1, an intoxicated White crashed Davis’ Ferrari 360 into the Juraneks’ Humble home. According to the brief, White raced the Ferrari, at about 100 miles per hour, down the Stonebridge Creek subdivision, rounding the turn into Bearden Falls Lane and crashing into the Juraneks’ home.

The Juraneks are seeking actual and punitive damages, as well as court costs. They are being represented in the case by Houston attorney John Kim.
