Kingwood residents sued over machine parts
A Harris County business is suing after, it says, residents of Kingwood failed to pay over $39,000 for parts they ordered from the company.
Panthera Inc. filed a lawsuit on July 29 in Harris County District Court against Kingwood residents John and Kathy Bradshaw, formerly known as Castex Casting Co., alleging breach of contract.
Panthera says that from September 2009 through June 2010, it sold the Bradshaws over $39,000 of machine parts ordered, but they have failed to pay as promised.
Panthera is seeking $39,742.63 in damages, as well as attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney John Cunningham.
