The candidates who will be attending are Glenn Addison, Andrew Castanuela, Ted Cruz, Elizabeth Ames Jones, Tom Leppert and Lela Pettinger.
"This event is the first of its kind for Kingwood Area Republican Women, and we are very excited about presenting such an outstanding event in a setting which is accessible to the entire Houston area,” said Betty Newton, president of KARW, in a recent press release. “We invite interested parties to join us for this opportunity to hear Republican candidates for the United States Senate seat currently held by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison."
The forum will be moderated by Harris County District Attorney Pat Lykos. KSEV Radio Host Sam Malone will serve as master of ceremonies.
The VIP reception with candidates will start at 5:30 p.m. with the program beginning at 6:45. A silent auction will also be held.
The forum will be held at the Kingwood Country Club, located at 1700 Lake Kingwood Trail.
