LSC-Kingwood adds student center, music hall

Lone Star College-Kingwood has opened its new student conference center and music instructional building. The student conference center includes offices for registration and financial aid, a bookstore and student center. Students had little dedicated space in the Student Fine Arts Building, he said, which caused difficulty with practices. Two will be used for rehearsals for the college's ensembles and community groups, he said, and a recital hall will be used for performances.
