Kingwood Area Republican Women to host mayoral, council candidates
The Kingwood Area Republican Women will hold a forum featuring the candidates for city council and mayor of Houston on Wednesday, Oct. 19.
Members and guests will also hear a report from Dr. Elaine Scott about the recent National Federation of Republican Women Convention, which was held in Kansas City. Mo.
Held at the Kingwood Country Club, 1700 Lake Kingwood Trail, the social will begin at 11 a.m.; the meeting and lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m.; and the program will begin at noon.
