Kingwood resident Rebecca Drapak won a second-chance lottery drawing on Nov. 17 for a trip to a Houston Texans away game in 2012.
The Houston Texans scratch-off game's “Private Away Game Trip – Owner for a Day” prize package awards Drapak and a guest airfare and hotel accommodations for a Houston Texans away game, police escort to the stadium, suite tickets, pregame sideline passes and a gift bag.
