Athlete alumni: Men's basketball, Louisiana College vs. UT-Dallas
Carter Nash, a UT-Dallas basketball player, scored 11 points, pulled down 13 rebounds and had a steal and an assist in a 56-44 road win over Louisiana College on Saturday.
Nash played at Cy Woods Highs School from 2006 to 2010.
Kyle Schleigh, another UT-Dallas player, scored 12 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and had two blocks and an assist in the win.
Schleigh played at Kingwood High School from 2006 to 2010, earning First-Team All-District honors as a senior in 2010. He named to the Region 3 All-Region Team.
Schleigh, an accounting major at UT-Dallas, was team captain and Co-MVP at his high school.
