Summerwood awards top-producing Realtor

Summerwood has recognized top-producing Realtors with awards for selling 122 new homes, valued at more than $28 million last year in Summerwood, the 1,500-acre Humble area community, at a luncheon held at Smith & Wollensky.
The grand prize, a trip to Paris, went to No. 1 producer Renae Jackson, an agent with Coldwell Banker United-Kingwood, 19100 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Humble, for closing on seven new homes.
Realtor Tracy Montgomery, with Keller Williams Realty Northeast, won second prize, a trip to Costa Rica, for closing on four new homes.
Yolanda Priddy with Coldwell Banker United-Kingwood, won third prize, a trip to Las Vegas, for closing on three new homes.
The top agent team award went to the Bruce Nickell team with Bruce Nickell Realty. They won a trip to Paris.
Coldwell Banker United-Kingwood was recognized as the Top Producing Office for Summerwood in 2011. They closed on a grand total of 16 new homes.
