Estate of geophysical technician deals 3BD in Kingwood

Robert Jay Beining, Marilyn Reining McCabe and the estate of Judith Reining transferred a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3111 Sunny Knoll Court in Kingwood to David Michael Naber on March 21.

The 2,378-square-foot house was built in 1979 in the Kingwood Lakes Village subdivision. It is valued at $225,000.

Ms. Judith Reining was a geophysical technician at several local oil companies. Her last employer was Forest Oil.

She graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in theology with a minor in archeology.

She died in June 2010.
