Kevin G. Waguespack and Tamara A. Waguespack transferred a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 6419 Gladehill Drive in Kingwood to Kyle K. Lodberg on Sept. 16.
The Waguespacks acquired the 3,285-square-foot house from Bradley J. Logan and Tracy J. Logan in May 1998. The house was built in 1995 in the Riverchase subdivision and is valued at $265,248.
Mr. Waguespack serves as a vice president and Houston officer manager at Baker & O'Brien Inc., a professional consulting firm. Prior to joining Baker & O'Brien in 2003, he was a managing consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services. He also served as a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a manager at Arthur Andersen LLP and as a senior consultant at Bonner & Moore Associates, Inc. .
He earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University.
