David Angel and Judy Angel have listed for sale a four-bed, 6.5-bath home at 7718 Kings River Circle in Humble for $2.8 million.
The 8,819-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in Kingwood of Humble. It is located in Kingwood Kings River Estates subdivision. Joan Imperato of RE/MAX Associates Northeast is the listing agent.
Mr. Angel is the chairman of the board at Angel Medical Supply, a respiratory medicine and equipment supply and services firm. Aside from that, he is also a real estate developer and is the founder at Angel-McIver Interests, a land sale and acquisition development company. Before those, he owned Angel's Self Service, a convenience store chain. In addition, he was also the owner at Angel's, a family restaurant.
Mr. Angel also engages in venture investments through capital funding.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,303 home sales in Humble during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $149,900.
