Geophysicist deals 5BD in Kingwood

Joshua F. Griffith and Lucinda A. Griffith acquired a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 3206 Sunny Vale Drive in Kingwood from Harry T. Aasmyr and Julie White Aasmyr on Nov. 17.

The Aasmyrs acquired the home in the Sand Creek Village subdivision in April 2004 from Robert Norris Mefford and Sherry Lynn Mefford. The 3,182-square-foot house was built in 1986 and is valued at $235,120.

Joshua Aasmyr is a senior geophysicist and project manager at HRT America Inc. He previously served as a geophysical adviser for global new ventures and acquisitions at Hess Corporation.

He holds a bachelor's degree in applied geophysics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
