Allen Scott Pack, Jr. and Sheila Dawn Pack transferred a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 5919 Soaring Pine Court in Kingwood to Howard Boyd Moreland and Nancy Greer Moreland on Nov. 23.
The 4,097-square-foot home in the Kingwood Kings Point Village subdivision was built in 1994 and is valued at $329,373.
Allen Pack is the executive vice president of sales and marketing at Alpha Natural Resources and the president of Alpha Coal Sales Co., LLC. Prior to joining Alpha, he held a number of executive roles at Foundation Energy Sales, Inc.
He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in mining engineering.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 922 home sales in Kingwood during the past 12 months.
