Critical care practitioner moves into Kingwood

Timothy C. Hollenbeck and Alison A. Hollenbeck acquired a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1514 Graystone Creek Lane in Kingwood from Gina Swanson and Todd P. Swanson on Dec. 5.

The Swansons acquired the property in June 2004. The 4,149-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Kingwood Kings Point Village subdivision. It is valued at $562,687.

Timothy Hollenbeck is a critical care practitioner at Kindred Hospital Houston Medical Center.

He received his M.D. from the University of Texas-Galveston School of Medicine.
