Architect takes Kingwood 3BD
Philip Chase and Paulette Torres acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1307 Chestnut Ridge Road in Kingwood from Paul Torres on Dec. 6.
Torres acquired the property in June 2007. The 2,155-square-foot house was built in 1977 in the Forest Cove Country Club Estates subdivision. It is valued at $139,089.
Chase is an architect at Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum.
He obtained his degree in architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 715 home sales in Kingwood during the past 12 months.
