Gary L. Schaunaman and Brenda Schaunaman have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3407 Oak Gardens Drive in Kingwood for $174,900.

The Schaunamans acquired the property in May 2000. The 2,581-square-foot home was built in 1977 in Bear Branch Village. John Stanley of Re/Max Associates Northeast is the listing agent.

Gary Schaunaman has served as a senior project manager at Gamma Construction Co., a commercial general contractor with offices in Houston and Denver.
