First Choice ER to debut new 'Whambulance' monster truck
First Choice Emergency Room in Kingwood will unveil its new "Whambulance" monster truck from 5-9 p.m. Friday, July 27, at 2158 Northpark Drive.
The event will provide visitors with an interactive experience about the new truck and how it supports an alternative option for emergency care, especially in areas underserved by local hospitals.
Guests are encouraged to bring cameras for photos by the 14-foot-tall monster ambulance. Participants can also sign up to win a remote control mini-Whambulance and take turns racing trucks around a mini-track. The evening will also include facility tours, raffles and giveaways.
Different from typical urgent care facilities, First Choice Emergency Room locations offer quick access to physicians, registered nurses and each facility is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, according to a press release.
