Kingwood volleyball grad Rankin competing at Texas Tech

Kingwood grad Meredith Rankin had one dig for Texas Tech University, but the team dropped a loss to Towson in women's volleyball action Sept. 7.
Rankin, a freshman outside hitter, also had a .500 hitting percentage.
Texas Tech University lost 17-25, 26-28 and 22-25 at West Auxiliary Gym in Missoula, bringing the team to 8-1 on the season.
