Weekly sales roundup for Kingwood, week ending Sept. 30

There were 42 sales in Kingwood for the week ending Sept. 30, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1310 Regal Shores Court. Brook Stephen G. and Sylvia E. Brook sold the home to Michael D. Wilson on Sunday, Sept. 30. The 4,144-square-foot, four bedroom, four bath home and is located in the Royal Shores subdivision.
