Humble real estate sales roundup, Oct. 7

There were 52 real estate sales in Humble for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11822 Bandera Creek Lane. Susan Perez, Patrick Wade and Susan Perez Wade sold the home to Patrick Wade and Susan Perez Wade on Sunday, Oct. 7. The 4,127-square-foot, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home and is located in the Eagle Springs neighborhood, in the Eagle Springs subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 12003 Lake Mead Lane to Struble Lori and Struble Timothy and the sale of 18523 Wild Basin Trail to David Milam III.

The Eagle Springs neighborhood had the most sales in the area with 10, followed by Walden on Lake Houston with three and Kingwood of Humble with one.

Sales volume was 8.3 percent higher than the previous week and 30 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Humble has averaged 39 sales per week during the last 12 months.
