Weekly sales roundup for Humble, week ending Oct. 14

There were 26 sales in Humble for the week ending Oct. 14, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6327 Water Point Court. Mathews T. P and Thomas P. Mathews sold the home to Selfo Lopez and Heike Schott on Sunday, Oct. 14. The 3,648-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath home was built in 1996 and is located in the Kingwood of Humble neighborhood, in the Kings River Village subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 4603 Clairfield Lane to KW Ventures Inc. and the sale of 1210 Thomas Drive to Paull And Partners Investments LLC.

Sales volume was 50 percent lower than the previous week and 40.9 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Humble has averaged 38 sales per week during the past year.
