Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates at 11 gas stations in and around Kingwood as of Wednesday, Nov. 7. The average price of regular unleaded gas in Kingwood is $3.25 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Houston average at $3.21, the state average at $3.21 and the nationwide average at $3.49.

The least expensive gas in Kingwood was $3.19 for a gallon of regular unleaded, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged at Exxon, 201 Northpark Drive; Shell, 24549 SL-494; and CITGO, 24551 SL-494.

A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area was $3.29, at Shell, 1101 Kingwood Drive; Exxon, 4502 Kingwood Drive; and Jack's Grocery, 1115 Hamblen Road.
