Kingwood grad Logan plays in Southwestern University (Texas) loss
Kingwood High School graduate Valerie Logan played for Southwestern University (Texas) in a 63-62 loss against Hardin-Simmons on Nov. 25 at Sams Gymnasium in San Antonio.
The sophomore guard recorded a rebound, an assist and a steal for Southwestern University, who are 3-2 on the season.
Southwestern University's next game is at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30 on the road against Austin College.
Logan is a 2011 graduate of Kingwood High School, where she was a three-time Academic All-District selection. The kinesiology major from Kingwood is the daughter of Ron and Polly Logan.
