Clown creates fun right out of thin air
Teri Stokes, aka Happy Heart the Clown, creates large twisted-balloon sculptures for her clients.
Since 1998, Teri Stokes has been providing balloon art, face painting and magic tricks in the greater Houston area as Happy Heart the Clown. She learned her first tricks as a child, from her grandfather, and now boasts awards in state, national and international competitions for her twisted balloon sculptures and clown work. Stokes has attended conferences around the country and has a certification to do balloon decor.
