Kingwood grad Logan helps in Southwestern victory

Kingwood High School graduate Valerie Logan contributed sevenpoints in Southwestern University's 90-86 home win over Concordia Friday, Dec. 15, in Georgetown, according to the Southwestern website.
The Southwestern University (Texas) sophomore guard also recorded two rebounds and five assists for the Pirates, who improved to 5-2 on the season.
Logan is a 2011 graduate of Kingwood High School, where she was three-time Academic All-District selection. The kinesiology major from Kingwood is the daughter of Ron and Polly Logan.
