Kingwood grad Davis helps Texas Lutheran to key win
Kingwood High School graduate George Davis played for Texas Lutheran University in its 61-56 win at home over conference rival LeTourneau University Saturday, Dec. 15, at Memorial Gymnasium in Seguin, according to Texas Lutheran's website.
The junior forward recorded one rebound as the Bulldogs improved to 2-6 on the season and 2-3 in the American Southwest Conference. The team's next game is 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at home against Schreiner University.
Davis is a 2010 graduate of Kingwood. Davis is from Kingwood and is the son of George and Maria Davis.
