Kingwood High School NJROTC members present colors for Wreaths Across America

Members from the Kingwood High School Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps program recently presented colors during Houston National Cemetery's Wreaths Across America ceremony held Dec. 15.

According to the high school's website, group members formed an eleven man color guard to honor all services that serve the country. Flags were also presented to commemorate the services of the prisoners of war and those missing in action.

"We have been one of the top contributors in the area for the past three years," said Kingwood High School NJROTC Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade Romero, in a statement.

In addition to presenting the colors, the program is currently raising money for next year's ceremony.
