Kingwood grad Holderread plays in Texas Lutheran loss to Schreiner
Brendan Holderread, a Kingwood High School graduate, is a freshman guard for the Texas Lutheran University men's basketball team.
Kingwood High School graduate Brendan Holderread contributed six points in Texas Lutheran University's 46-44 home loss to conference opponent Schreiner University on Tuesday, Dec. 18 at Memorial Gymnasium in Seguin.
The Texas Lutheran University freshman guard also recorded 10 rebounds, two assists and four steals for the Bulldogs, who are 2-7 on the season and 2-4 in the American Southwest Conference, according to Texas Lutheran University's website.
Texas Lutheran University's next game is at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28 on the road against Wayland Baptist University.
Holderread is a 2012 graduate of Kingwood High School. He is from Kingwood.
