The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Nov. 4-10:

Nov. 4:
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 10:08 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Kingwood Place Drive and Forest Center Kingwood Place Ramp.

At 1:08 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Rockmead Drive and Chestnut Ridge Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:43 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Twin Knolls Drive and Shady Gardens Drive.

Nov. 5:
A call regarding a traffic hazard incident was received at 7:12 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 3900 Woodland Hills Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 8:16 a.m. at 4400 Kingwood Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:42 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Kingwood Place Drive and Forest Center Kingwood Place Ramp.

At 5:27 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Tangle Lake Drive and Woodland Hills Drive.

Nov. 6:
A call regarding a traffic hazard incident was received at 5:43 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 3700 Kingwood Drive.

At 1:56 p.m., a minor accident occurred at 5098 Timber Shade Drive.

At 10:14 a.m., a non urgent traffic hazard incident occurred at 5900 Autumn Dogwood Way.

An automatic alarm incident was reported at 9:49 a.m. at Kingwood Medical Drive and Dead-End.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 4:35 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Rockmead Drive and Chestnut Ridge Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 6:20 p.m. at Chestnut Ridge Drive and Rockmead Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 10:08 p.m. at 3000 W. Lake Houston Parkway.

At 2:07 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Appalachian Trail and Mountain Peak Way.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 12:49 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Lakeville Drive and Woodland Grove Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 10:10 a.m. at Northpines Drive and Forest N. Drive.

Nov. 8:
At 3:08 p.m., a minor accident occurred at 2158 Northpark Drive.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 11:46 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 4300 W. Lake Houston Parkway.

An unknown accident was reported at 10:11 p.m. at 6130 Kingwood Drive.

At 2:02 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Applevale Court and Dead-End.
