Nov. 11:
A call regarding a traffic hazard incident was received at 10:23 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 3100 Kingwood Drive.

At 5:07 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Beech Point Drive and Valley Gardens Drive.

At 1:41 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Cascade Creek Drive and Cedar Forest Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 12:40 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Kingwood Place Drive and Forest Center Kingwood Place Ramp.

Nov. 12:
A call regarding a minor accident was received at 11:44 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 1500 Kingwood Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 12:29 a.m. at 400 Kingwood Drive.

At 1:34 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Crescent Springs Drive and Loop 494.

An EMS event was reported at 12:59 p.m. at Riverchase Trail and Timber Brook Trail.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 1:39 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Silver Falls Drive and Haven Lake Drive.
