Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates at  11 gas stations in and around Kingwood as of Saturday, Dec. 29. The average price of regular unleaded gas in Kingwood is $3.09 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Houston average at $3.10, the state average at $3.10 and the nationwide average at $3.05.

The least expensive gas in Kingwood was reported to be Texaco for a gallon of regular unleaded, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged at 1800 Northpark Drive.

A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area was $3.15 at CITGO, 110 Sorters McLellan Road.
