Kingwood Medical Center delivers first baby of the year
Eliana Pea, the daughter of Marta and Aureliano Pea Jr., is the first baby born at Kingwood Medical Center in 2013.
Kingwood Medical Center welcomed its first baby of 2013 at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1.
According to a center press release, "Kingwood Medical Center and Dr. Joseph Petty helped Marta and Aureliano Pea Jr. welcome their healthy newborn baby girl at 10:45 a.m. Jan. 1. Her name is Eliana Pea and she weighs 7 pounds and 3 ounces and is 19 inches long. The Peas are from Humble and this is their first daughter."
Kingwood Medical Center is at 22999 U.S. 59, Kingwood.
The Kingwood Medical Center serves North Harris, East Montgomery and Liberty counties and is based in Kingwood. The hospital has 267 beds and is accredited for chest pain and stroke care.
