Forever Rose Pageant preliminary set for Jan. 19

The Forever Rose Pageant Kingwood preliminary event will take place Saturday, Jan. 19 at Homewood Suites Inn in Kingwood.

The event will run from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

According to a press release from Forever Rose Pageant, the Kingwood-based group is holding a "Natural and Semi-Glitz Pageant." Girls ages 0 to 15, inexperienced and experienced, are welcome to join. The theme is Mardi Gras.

The entry fee is $55 for contestants and $5 for guests.

The event will be held at Homewood Suites Inn, 23320 U.S. 59 N., Kingwood.
