Kingwood incident report, Dec. 31

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Monday, Dec. 31, 2012:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:01 a.m. The police department was dispatched to Kingwood and Chestnut Ridge Drives.

At 2:09 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Kingwood Drive and Oak Street.

At 6:08 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Little Cedar and Hidden Pines Drives.

An EMS event was reported at 8:28 a.m. at Mystic Trail Loop and Laurel Springs Lane.

At 8:45 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Rockmead and Chestnut Ridge Drives.

An EMS event was reported at 2:21 a.m. at Soaring Pine Court and a dead end.

At 8:46 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Sweet Gum Lane and Buttercup Lane.

At 5:36 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Cascade Creek and Cedar Forest Drives.

At 10:36 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Hickory Falls and Cedar Village Drives.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 12:20 p.m. The police department was dispatched to 2158 Northpark Drive.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 4:21 p.m. at 23400 Loop 494.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 2:13 p.m. The police department was dispatched to 23600 Loop 494.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 7:11 p.m. at 5200 Kingwood Drive.
